大熱拿 地瓜 茶葉蛋白
中餐13:00 雞腿排健康餐 飯少許
睡午覺
15:15 偷吃巧克力餅乾
晚餐 婆婆菜蛋肉一碗
宵夜8:00 羊肉爐 加工品
50.5 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.5 kg a Week
