I believe that when we gain weight if we’re honest about it we know why so it can be rectified I myself has been bad and had weight gains recently first Ice Cream and then it was sausage rolls quite a few actually so I know you will bounce back and so will good luck with your journey I wish you well

On this app my heaviest was 109kg
On my gp app I was heavier
I don’t even know what my heaviest weight was
So if I can do it I know you can you just need to want it more than junk food

Tracking for life if I was you when I didn’t I suddenly realised I had put on a lot of weight
I still want to lose about 10kg to get back to 75kg

I believe you know your tendencies track your weight and you know when you had enough and after the hard work it will take tracking your food will stop you getting back here
