It was a hard week. I had a lot going on at work, some difficult, stressful family stuff, and a hard time getting enough calories in. I reached my goal for exercise minutes but didn't surpass it like I have been.
The scale is moving in the right direction, but mentally I'm kind of in a crummy place. I know this is part of the journey, but knowing that doesn't make it any easier.
