NO gym session tonight since I have what is sometimes referred to as 'a bad stomach'. For the last couple of days, whenever I've eaten something I've had to rush to excuse myself.
I've decided to have a liquids-only day to see if I can get rid of this bug, if it is a bug. Maybe that will help the weight loss!!
