Good morning… I had a great night’s sleep bed at 10am …. Up at 7 am… weight went up .5 but doesn’t because I stayed on course yesterday. I still was strong enough to get on the scale… always dreaded it. ( a small victory for the day) I watched a documentary on Netflix..”Stutz”” by Jonah Hill… tribute to his therapist… excellent. Just getting back to taking care of my self.. it was a perfect time. One of the tools is …a triangle with with Body on the bottom- People - mid and Self on top…
