Did another 3D scan not much progress. I started eating more and now I go to the gym less because of the new job. So I have been slacking. Need to adjust and work on my diet again. Scan says I lost 3 lbs of muscle but I don’t feel weaker. In fact I max some more on legs. But definitely I’ve noticed that I have lost power on my arms. Maybe because I stopped taking creatine? I need to work on my upper more.
87.0 kg Lost so far: 19.6 kg.    Still to go: 20.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
