Here we go again 😳😩
All these months of staying at home, not working...
whoever said to me once, that once you have a baby (babies in my case), weight will just melt as kids keep you busy...
well yeah... busy sitting, playing with them and stuffing myself 🫣
All I can do is start all over again and look forward 🌞🌻
115.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 25.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

what about taking them to the park and having a run around with them? or a nice long walk with the pushchair in the afternoon when they have a nap? I used to walk miles with mine in a pushchair, does everyone some good xx

I do try to spend more time outside, also cleaning the house while they're sleeping... but just can't stop eating. More like snacking... 😩😩😩 I know it's not an excuse... I've done it before and I can do it again.

We've all been there lovely, it's about breaking the bad habits and starting some new ones, at least u know what u have to do. Persevere it'll happen xx

When major change happens in our life we need time to adapt and make new routines and new habits that will work in the new circumstances. Getting kids is defo a big change. Take time to figure out what works for you where you are now. We will be here to support you, and you will smash that 😉
