4000+kCal last 2 days. Yikes! I'm listening to my body and it tells me I'm hungry. So I eat. These last 3 workouts have been so much more focused. Same routine but I know ive made it more intense, so my body should be able to metabolize the calories and not store too much. Let's wait and see 👀
