I feel ya 😏 I started getting chubby around the 4th grade and, aside for a brief drop for a couple years in my late teens, my weight has slowly increased for decades 🙄 ..until a couple years ago when I finally got tired of it and started making little changes here n there. It's taken me 3+ years to take off, and keep off, 30+ pounds but the improved habits I've learned in the process will last for life.. 🥰 so trust the process, and dont stress over the hiccups. it'll happen, and you'll be healthier in the long run.
