Starting over... It was a long weekend and I didn't stick to the diet much. Being gone so much, i didn't use my drops consistently either. Not going to beat myself up, just going to start over. The new drops I got came with a lot more information, and even a phone number to call if I have questions. They don't taste quite so much like alcohol either. I hope they work better and help to keep my appetite at bay. I got tired of always feeling hunger in the pit of my stomach. I'm starting the 10000 steps a day challenge too. I'm looking forward to my new start.
