dont get why weight fluctuated 3 pounds in less than a week...
77.4 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Google "why the scale lies". It explains the many reasons our weight fluctuates constantly. Our bodies are made up of 60% water. Muscle soreness, medications, too much sodium are just a few of the reasons why we might retain water. Heck, I can eat chinese food and be up 5 pounds the next day.

You are losing your weight fast anyways, don't worry about it when it fluctuates, it is normal, especially if you weight in every day, that's when you notice how crazy it looks like!
