I am back after taking a break for a while clearly it didn't go well... I'm up 33 pounds from where I was, not too happy about it but at least I know how to fix it.
98.5 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 25.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
