Yesterday went fairly well. Over 2# loss. I still need to figure out a way to handle the after dinner need for something sweet. It makes me crazy. I went for a walk after dinner, did the dishes and that darned granola bar was sitting right there in front of me.

try coffee (can be decaf of course due to the time) :o) coffee neutralizes our tast experience, with our without milk also doesn't matter good luck!

Have you tried the baked apple with cinnamon, a dash of nutmeg and Stevia? I take about 1/2 cup of water, add a spritz of lemon, cinnamon, dash of nutmeg, cut up some apples and mix it all together in a pan with Stevia. Bake on 350 covered for an hour or less... it's a sweet alternative to just eating an apple after dinner as your fruit!

Thanks for the suggestions. I need all the help I can get. Does anyone have the recipe for the orange thing that supposed to taste like a push up or something?
