Taking an experience and research based swing here... I'm thinking my body response over the last few days might have been due to my high protein intake over the last few weeks. Fatigue, digestive discomfort, bloating and nausea. Yesterday was a rest day so I took my protein intake down to minimum requirement. Today, I feel much better. Killed my workout! I'm going to look at relocating my macros. I do recall going higher in carbs before with bodyweight protein but I got pretty chubby 😁 Gonna need to review my workout intensity and food choices. I hope I was logging fatsecret at that time. If not, this is why I log more frequently now. Live and learn. Let's not make the same mistake twice 😄
