Siang makan nasi uduk pakai telur dadar, tempe orek, bihun & bakwan. Malam makan burger 150 gram dengan fried eggs. Cemilan sore irisan daging.
87.2 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 14.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
