Same weight today, but maintaining high protein diet again.
63.3 kg Lost so far: 9.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I lose weight slowly, and there is a medical reason for it. I think I would lose faster with Keto. I did it 2 weeks and lost a bunch. My Doc told me to go back to what he calls "balanced eating". Bah, you will do well with Keto and have fun.
