I have been away for two years and decided to log in today. I may not be consistent in posting for my life is busier than ever and my weight shows it for I am extremely obese at my biggest 260.

Hope you are all doing well and Happy Blessed New Year!

117.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 27.2 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Inola, Ive been away for about a year and gained 10 lbs in that time and am at my all time life high of 250lbs, I lost alot and was down to 180 and then let it all go.. and gained it all back plus some.. know your not alone. :)
