Interesting weight ups-and-downs.
2 days ago i had 5.6lb more 'stuff' in me. Today, after having two days of OMAD only, I am inches away from my secondary goal of 170lb.
If you want to try OMAD here is what I found #1 keep busy, esp around lunch time. Dig into work #2 Your concion will pop up once in a while and you will have a fleeting thought about food. DRINK WATER! #3 Go for a run around lunch time if you have the ability to do so. You won't be hungry for another hour or so after you're shower. #4 Eat after 5:00pm. If you can handle it, then eat dinner with the family #5 Stop eating before your belly tells you to. Simply eat a normal portion
Anyways, those are my observations when should OMAD. Also I am not obsessed with this, and if i get hangry ... I'll eat 😊
