Not staying on track! :( Gotta hold myself accountable. Worked out yesterday and today. Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred. Gotta be consistent!
59.4 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

What can we do for YOU to help in your accountability at being consistent? What is it that takes your consistency away? For me it is the people that are in my environment & the undesirable weather.Both which can be dealt with successfully.Its just figuring out what am *I* willing & capable of doing.
