I was working night shift last month and very lax in eating and exercising. Well, not eating per se, I did that just fine. :-) Just not eating the right things. I also lost my cat last week. He was 21 yrs old. He was not sick, so he did not suffer. I had junk food and pizza after that.
I am in perimenapause and my period just popped up. Could not figure out why I was craving chocolate so much.

I am back on day shift and normal work hours. I will start eating on track today and start back exercising at the fitness center tomorrow.



66.7 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week

Don't worry you'll get back on track...i know what you mean..i am also in perimenapause..its hard..we can do... i know we can... hang in there... good luck
