Weight on 9 August: 216.5

Goal for 9 September: 207.0

September's Official Monthly Naked Weigh-In Weight (includes recently-developed peanut and taco chip addiction thanks to Kim): 209.0 (1.7 lbs. per week) booooo!

Pounds Remaining to Reach Ultimate Goal (180 lbs.): 29.0

Goal for 9 October (includes recently-developed Bombay Sapphire Gin addiction thanks to Kim): 199.0 (If I am successful, dropping below 200 pounds will allow me to rejoin the human race.)


I will shoot for a loss of 10 pounds a month for the next three months and spend one day at 179 pounds. After that, I will have a glass of champagne and remain between 180-189. Thanks you. Thank you very mush.
