When it rains, it pours...

Weight spiked again, but I know where I went wrong: stress eating. I haven't worked out as much as I used to neither.

Stressed because of OfficerBF...Stressed because of family issues with my parents....uncertainty and overthinking is a dangerous combination.
76.2 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
