I haven’t eaten much at all recently and have been exercising daily yet somehow I’ve put on weight? I am also extremely bloated and do experience temporary gains of up to 5-10lbs sometimes due to my health conditions and stomach problems, probably doesn’t help that I haven’t been able to go to the bathroom properly for over a week :’)
124.3 kg Lost so far: 0.3 kg.    Still to go: 42.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Should I lower my intake? I’m currently on 1800 calories.

No Jamie I would some exercise sitting down, you don't have to do much, a few stretchs.

Thank you. I have been going for brisk 40 minute walks at the moment to build up my stamina

Arnt they so painful too?? Maybe weigh in on the days u feel well, not bloated I'm sure ull have lost but as uv bloated it will cause weight won't it?? Sending u lots of hugs xx

This is a bit gross but I may have found the cause of bloating, I haven’t had a menstrual cycle my entire life and occasionally just have a bit of spotting - today is one of those days.. Full of cramps but I’m still going for my walk today, I‘ll try my best to ignore the number and stick with this for a week and then weigh in next week some time xx
