大冰美 忍住沒吃早餐第二天
餅乾幾片
中餐 燒臘飯+青菜 雞塊*5 白飯幾口
傍晚 餅乾掃光🤣+pizza兩片
晚餐 婆婆排骨 花椰菜
完了 偷吃很甜的鳳梨4-5塊
53.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.4 kg a Week
