I have been gaining lately, age or bad habits catching up with me I am not sure. I am sure I need to watch my portion size. Even healthy food has calories.
84.8 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
