I have been gaining weight, still eating healthy. changed my meal plan for a month to a soup meal plan. Have lots of water weight and struggling a lot with hypertension. That might be the causes. I've started yesterday with my new meal plan, and already lots most of the water weight.
I am happy! I am working hard to get double digits! Now that I'm almost there something comes up. But I know it's hard, but will be worth it. My husband bought me shape wear, vitamins, and a smart watch to keep track of my steps. so im definitely not letting this go so easy.
