Up a couple lbs for the first time since I started tracking calories at the beginning of this year. I know I've been "bad" this week - making choices I know aren't the healthiest, eating more than I need to/more than I know I should, and generally turning to food for "comfort". There was a system upgrade last weekend at work to the system I primarily use all day. There's a pretty steep learning curve, and it's been stressful this week re-learning how to do everything. Not to mention there's a lot of extra temptation with food being ordered in for the team working on the upgrade. Trying not to beat myself up about it, with minimal success.
