It took a lot to get to my step count yesterday. I did yoga for the first time, and boy did I hurt. While walking after work I felt like my legs weighed 100 lbs a piece. And my arms and shoulders, OH MY!!
I thought I ate pretty darn healthy, yet up a lb.

10149 steps < than a gallon water
78.0 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

it's because you are not eating what your suppose to. Eat three egg whites in the morning, 1/2 granny smith apple, 5 0z of chicken breast at lunch, three oz of chickn breast or fish for dinner with 4 asparagus or lettuce with fat free italian dressing, and half of another fruit for a snack.
