diet or diet pills helping? I want to eat less now, thankfully. I never ate much to start with, and due to the arthritis issues, I can't exercise. So the combo is necessary I guess. trying to get myself down to 1100-1200 cal and like 30 carbs. at least to drop weight. I'll take 1300-1500. It's better than before.
112.5 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 33.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

My doctor keeps on telling me that gentle exercise is the best help for arthritis and I start believing her :)

Actually it's more than arthritis. I had surgery on my foot due to severe arthritic deformity and now likely have a torn meniscus in the opposite knee on top of the arthritis in that knee. So I literally cannot walk more than a few feet without searing pain.
