BS 117 I really don't like the way I am eating. I am up 5 lbs. This has to end!! I didn't even track yesterday 😕 😒 no good.
83.9 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
