I've been doing the hcg diet, I just had it listed as my own diet because I couldn't find this one listed. I am a bit disappointed. I've been doing it for 5 weeks now and have only lost about 10 pounds. I started at 183 and am now 172. I heard so much about the 1 lb + a day loss. I'll go to the 40 days and then take the break. I'm not quite sure how that works yet. I will still have another 20 or so day supply of drops left and maybe I'll start again. I may have hurt myself by not sticking completely to the no alcohol rule, but it is summer time. We've got all the days on the lake, the festivals and all the other fun summer outdoor activities. I thought I did pretty well with the diet. NO dairy, thats a feat in itself. I love my cheese being from Wisconsin. I just seem to have a lot of up and down feelings about this diet. Maybe with reading what others here have to say, I'll be able to lose my weight yet. I was hoping to have lost 20 or more pounds by my 50th next week, but that's not happening.

Are you exercising? Plateu Breakers: - Eat 6 apples only for 1 day - Try increasing your protein by .5 oz - Cut American beef down or out - Stop mising vegetables - Don't eat breadsticks - Make sure there are no additives in the protien sources
