UGH!! I'm really missing my coach right now. Last week when the program ended I was on top of the world, today not so much! My weight is up each of the last 3 days - losing confidence in myself that I can do this on my own 😭. I know I need to get back to working out harder, hopefully run club tonight will kick it back into gear!
72.9 kg Lost so far: 55.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
