I went for a nice run today and fell pretty good right now.
I am leaving on a work related trip for two weeks this weekend, so i won't be updating my progress during that time. I do also fully expect to re-gain some weight while on travel.
Once I return, I will pick back up and get back into the groove though as I have not yet met my 160lb goal.
