I purposely haven't weighted myself in 2 weeks. I have been mostly maintaining...my weight fluctuates between 198 and 199.... Today is my free day as you can see by my poor breakfast choice.I just had an overwhelming craving for french toast.
Today the kids come over and we have family night so its chicken n sausage gumbo, potato salad,fruit salad....I spent all evening making it so I can enjoy their company this evening.
But be assured..the rest of my day is calorie friendly....my culprits for the evening will be my potato salad and rice for the gumbo. I make only white meat gumbo...cook and drain my sausage before putting it in the gumbo and then let it sit over night and skim any fat or oils off the top prior to re-heating and eating!!!
I am still having issues with this heel spur so I really cant walk a lot. I'm just gonna have to bite the bullet and work through the pain. I can't stand! maintaining..I want to lose!!!
