29.1 ⬇️ 體重增好險體脂有降
看到體重上升實在開心不起來,不想喝abc,直接吃了花生厚片1/4
中餐 桃園媽媽 炸蝦 菜
晚餐 火鍋菜肉玉米 (覺得肚子又大起來
50.5 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.1 kg a Week
