That's three pounds in the last week, not sure where it's going but glad it's gone! Eating more vegetables and more fruits, so I'm doing good there. Supposed to go shopping today to pick up more fruit but not feeling so hot, I'd rather just stay curled up on the couch. I'll probably make my way there soon enough though. Household chores call to me.
