12:15 自助餐菜 皮蛋豆腐 玉米罐頭
下午有餓餓的感覺
17:30前吃飽了-晚餐 生菜蝦 冰地瓜 海帶芽 「炸雞排」
一天兩餐 今天還沒有拿鐵 吃炸的熱量應該沒有爆掉
