Same weight, but feeling much better. Probably going to take a day off from the gym but I might do a workout in the evening if I’m feeling better. Probably a light cardio session on the bike and some weights.
89.9 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
