I must’ve overcounted my calories yesterday because I actually anticipated gaining some weight since we had a mini outdoor barbecue and I had a beer and some dessert. I did do some yard work afterwards that probably helped to burn some calories but overall I’m pretty surprised.
89.4 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
