big scale 132.4, then 132.6. small scale 132.0. yesterday cut all the foliage off the bar berry bush. stepped on a thorn (ouch) or something stung me. hurt like heck! earlier did 50 min yoga, but no elliptical or pm yoga.
60.1 kg Lost so far: 20.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
