Small drop but I’ll take it see as I ate quite a bit yesterday and wasn’t sure if I was still in my deficit despite going for a run and multiple walks.

I should hopefully have the time to go to the gym today.
89.4 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
