Pretty good drop yesterday. I knew i was in a deficit but didn't realize it was that big. I even had dessert last night. I did go to the gym for a bit and did some sprint training which definitely helped.

This is the least I've weighed in probably 6 months so I'm feeling good.
88.8 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
