finished first week of the fitness challenge, a little sore. I've exercised about 10 hours in classes and walking 10,000 steps all but the day it snowed. Eating pretty good too. I got this!!
84.1 kg Lost so far: 11.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
