Found it quite easy to get back in to the routine of counting calories again and can already see a weight loss, not a great loss but nevertheless a loss, my first weigh in after the long break and going to try and stick to weighing in every 10 days.
137.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 57.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
