Took a two month break from the gym and calorie counting and I actually lost weight, what?! I should mention that in the months that I was calorie counting I learned to gauge the rough estimates of my portions, so that helped quite a bit during this period.
78.4 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
