I am so happy! I keep on losing weight each day, I am not sure what I am doing right. But I am so glad to finally see some progress. I started off at 63 now I am 61.4. Slow and steady and I am loving it!
61.4 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
