My hip has been a bit injured and haven't been able to work out as much. Also spent a good amount of time with family and bbqing. Hip is feeling better so back on it this week.
90.0 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
