Push Day. Another awesome workout. I woke up with some Upper back and trap soreness. Not from sleeping 😅 that's either from the Upper Body Workout or more likely yesterday's Lower Body Workout RDL and Sumo. Feels great! A missed exercise and missed soreness. I think today's food consumption will be a little over 3000kCal. Today's workout was less exercises, heavier weights. Pretty sure I'll be hungry. My face really worked hard today pushing weights 😐🤨😬😡😖🤬😤😮💨 hahaha
