It has been one weird week for me. My weight has literally fluctuated 4 pounds. I have been eating right and exercising. Now that weight is gone. So I did my weigh in. Anyone else have this issue sometimes?

Yeah, I've had that. Two things come to mind, ... losing body fat, gaining muscle, and water weight.

Usually my big fluctuations are a result of poor eating choices, but I have had gains of several pounds overnight from muscles retaining water after exercise. It drops back off quickly.

It is aggravating. Do you guys weigh yourself every day or once a week? I think i might start checking mine once a week.

Weight your self first thing when you wake up. Look at the average for the week. :)

I weighed at the doc a week ago Monday. Then the following wednesday. No cheating. Gained 5 lbs for no apparent reason. Doc said I'm retaining a lot of fluid.
