Pretty comfortable bouncing around the 50kg to 49.5kg range right now. 13.5 weeks out from. My next competition and wanting to gain some muscle max between now and then to take me though without losing too much in my next cut when I will have to go in tighter then last time, and then support having to go in leaner in the following competition in November. Lots to consider so even going up a bit more at this point while staying reasonably lean would be ideal. See you on the other side abs!! 🤣
